A Biblical Education
Calvary Christian School utilizes the Accelerated Christian Education Curriculum. The ACE program is a Christian K-12, Bible based curriculum that stresses sixty character traits that include kindness, loyalty, and honesty. It is comprised of reading programs, core curriculum, required electives, and additional instructional programs. Some courses are supported with CDs, DVDs, and computer software.
ACE is an individualized and self-instructional curriculum. It has been carefully compiled to introduce children to concrete and abstract reasoning skills at the appropriate age level. Diagnostic placement testing ensures that students begin at the exact point of their academic needs. This unique combination of academics, individualized methodology, and Biblical principles helps set the ACE curriculum apart from other programs. It provides mastery learning, critical analysis, conceptualization, cognitive reasoning, and life principles from God's perspective. For nearly 50 years, the ACE program has continually developed and provided academic courses from a Biblical perspective for hundreds of thousands of students worldwide.
Diploma Accreditation
Calvary Christian School provides FULLY ACCREDITED high school diplomas through Lighthouse Christian Academy. Lighthouse Christian Academy offers students who attend a private school that has earned ACE Model or Quality Status the opportunity to receive an accredited transcript and diploma through the LCA Dual Enrollment Program. High school students will be given a projected course of study based upon the LCA Courses of Study and the LCA Graduation Requirements. This will place students on the track to graduate with an accredited LCA Diploma.
